Rev. Jerry Bacon officiated at the services. Burial followed in Trigg Memory Acres in Cadiz.
Mrs. Brandon died on Sunday, January 27, 2008, at 1 p.m., at her residence of natural causes.
Mrs. Brandon was born on June 29, 1935, in Trigg County. She was the daughter of the late I.V. and Flossie Thompson.
Mrs. Brandon was a homemaker; and a member of Pleasant Hill Baptist Church in Cadiz, where she was on the Mothers’ Board.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son.
Survivors include her husband, O.D. Brandon of Cadiz; a son, Steve Brandon of Mosspoint, Ms; .two daughters, Elaine Stewart and Martha A. Braxton, both of Hopkinsville; and seven grandchildren.
