Duncan, Mary and Emma Pfeufer are proud to announce the birth of their daughter and sister, Samantha Charles Pfeufer, born on October 2, 2007, at 9:59 a.m., at the Regional Medical Center in Madisonville, weighing seven pounds, 12 ounces, and measured 20-1/2 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Dennis Charles and Mary Ann Krol of Frankfort.

Paternal grandparents are William and Donna Pfeufer of Troutman, N.C.

Maternal great-grandparents are Mary Ledford and the late R.A. Ledford of Roaring Springs.

Paternal great-grandparents are Anne Garnett and the late Charles L. Garnett of Hopkinsville.
