Trinity Wortham finished with 18 points in the game on six 3-pointers, one off the school record. Janada Acree scored six points and grabbed 18 rebounds, while Elysia Brown added six points and 10 rebounds. Amanda Want also came off the bench to score six points.
Livingston led by 15 points in the first quarter, but Trigg slowly chipped away at the lead, trailing 24-15 at halftime.
Trinity Wortham hit a pair of 3-pointers to pull Trigg to within 24-21. After Livingston stretched the lead out to seven points, Trigg cut back into the deficit, trailing 40-38 at one point. However, the Lady Wildcats were 7-of-20 at the free throw line, with several misses in the second half coming on the front end of bonus situations.
