Cadiz Police Officer Rick Martin arrested 42-year-old Columbus McGee of New Hope Road on July 29 on the strength of a Hardin County Warrant. The arrest warrant mandated McGee’s arrest on charges of Theft by Unlawful Taking (less than $300- firearm) Second Degree Fleeing and Evading of Police and Theft by Unlawful Taking (less than $300- automobile).
Failure to Appear
Deputy Kenneth Butts arrested Andy L. Dawson, 29, of 105 Maple Drive, Apartment C, Cadiz on July 29 on the strength of a Trigg County District Court Warrant for Failure to Appear in Court.
Judge Jill Clark’s order saw Dawson held in custody in lieu of $7,500 cash bond.
