Funeral services for Ethan Zane Frensley, 5, of Cadiz, will be conducted on Wednesday, October 29, 2008, at 4 p.m., at the Trigg County High School Gymnasium. Visitation will begin at 2 p.m.

Services will also be at Grace Baptist Church in Mason, Ohio, on Friday, October 31, 2008, at 2 p.m., with visitation to begin at noon, EST. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery in Mason, Ohio.

Rev. Brandon Moore, Rev. Scott Dennis, Rev. Jerry Pelphrey, Charlene Pelphrey, Kamryn Smith, Nikki Ethridge, Danielle Reddick, Susan Utter, and Dakoto Littlejohn will officiate at the services.

Master Frensley died on Wednesday, October 15, 2008, at 5 p.m., at his residence in the Roaring Springs Community of Trigg County.

Master Frensley was born on January 26, 2003, in Ft. Campbell, Tenn. He was the son of Jeff Frensley of Clarksville, Tenn., and Kristy Frensley of Cadiz.

Master Frensley was a Kindergarten Student at Trigg County Primary School; and had also attended Northeast Elementary School in Clarksville, Tenn.; and was a member of the Baptist Faith.

Survivors, in addition to his parents, include two sisters, Holly Frensley and Emily Frensley, both of El Paso, Texas; stepmother, Angela Frensley of Clarksville; Maternal grandparents, Michael and Linda Glass of Goshen, Ohio, Gail and Danny Linville of Clarksville, Ohio; paternal grandparents, Jeff H. Frensley of Oklahoma, Anna Marie and Arturo Sanchez of San Antonio, Texas, and Elaine Ladd of Ohio, and Duane and Barb Ladd of Fla.; paternal great-grandparents, Connie and Mario Hernandez of San Antonio, Texas, and Roy L. Goad of San Antonio, Texas; aunts and uncles, Kyle and Heather Linville, Lee and Pam Linville, Michael and Jennifer Glass, Joe Glass, Jana Linville, Elizabeth Glass, Jeffrey Allen Barker, Rey Lewis Sanchez, Matthew and Shannon Ladd, April Marie Frensley, Connie Jean Sanchez, Rosanna Marie Sanchez, and Tracey Ladd.

Ethan passed away with his sisters Kayla Williams and Kortney McBurney-Frensley.

Ty Sweeney, vocalist and Daniel Doss, vocalist, will provide the music.
