The Trigg County Lady Midcats won in a pair of games versus host Hopkinsville. In the girls' eighth-grade game, Khadijah Grubbs pumped in a game-high 30 points to lead the Lady Midcats to a 39-29 win. In the seventh grade game, Hopkinsville held off Trigg County 31-27. Karli Bush was the leading scorer for Trigg County in the seventh grade team's setback, scoring 11 points.
