Funeral services for Wanda Letha Sigler Swart, 47, of Cadiz, were conducted on Saturday, December 6, 2008, at 10 a.m., at Goodwin Funeral Home.

Rev. Norman Cotton officiated at the services. Burial followed in the Sugar Creek Cemetery in Princeton.

Ms. Swart died on Wednesday, December 3, 2008, at 2 a.m., at her home of natural causes.

Ms. Swart was born on July 9, 1961, in Princeton. She was the daughter of the late Carlis “Grundy” and Mattie Elizabeth Luttrell Sigler.

Ms. Swart was employed with Books FYI of Cadiz, and was a member of East Cadiz Baptist Church.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Orlyn Sigler.

Survivors include a son, David Curtis Swart of Cadiz; two brothers, Danny Sigler of St. Charles and Jesse Smith of Henderson; three sisters, Alice Johnson, Carolyn Bridges, and Mary Louise Stonebreaker, all of Cadiz; a special friend, Ricky Hamilton of Cadiz; and several nieces and nephews.

Russ Calhoun and Randy Stone, instrumentalists and vocalists, provided the music.

Serving as pallbearers were Danny Sigler, David Swart, Jeff Robertson, Jonathan Johnson, Billy Copeland, Alex Morris, and Jeff Dorris.

Honorary pallbearers were Curran Copeland, Tyler Lankford, Derrick Cook, James Wittington, Lance Gilland, and Little Ricky Hamilton.
