Curtis Wimbleduff, 39, of Paducah, was arrested at 2:55 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 24, on Washington Avenue in Cerulean on a bench warrant out of McCracken County for second degree trafficking of an unspecified contraband drug, first offense.

Jamiston Stewart, 18, of Cadiz, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, at a residence in the 200 block of B. Hall Road in Cadiz for criminal mischief in the second degree and menacing. After a deputy arrived and saw that the front door had been damaged, Amanda Means told him Stewart struck her, threw her to the ground and kicked her in the ribs, said a Trigg County Sheriff’s Department report.

The sheriff’s deputy also reported that Stewart made caused the other people in the residence to have a “reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.” Means was taken to Trigg County Hospital for her injuries. She was also advised about what she needed to do about the assault.

Joseph Vickery, 54, of Cadiz, was arrested at 11:43 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 26, on Jefferson Street in Cadiz for a Trigg County bench warrant for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol or drugs, first offense.

Herman Walker, 45, of Herndon, was arrested at 12:52 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, in Cadiz for domestic assault in the fourth degree with minor injuries. Karen Walker told an officer that her husband pushed her down and ripped her shirt, said a Trigg County Sheriff’s Department report.

Herman Walker denied pushing her and said she pushed him to the ground. The husband complained of pain in his shoulder and knees, while the officer noted the wife’s shirt was ripped, the report stated. The Walkers’ eight-year-old son told the officer that he saw the husband pushing the wife down the stairs, according to the report.
