The cold weather didn’t keep people away it actually increased the numbers of people getting out to see what’s new in Boats and Travel for this upcoming year. The Trigg County Booth was busy explaining the opportunities for traveling close to home. “Many from the Murray and surrounding areas were familiar with Cadiz but really didn’t understand what we had to offer in terms of overnight lodging at our resorts, hotels, campgrounds, and Bed and Breakfast facilities”, said Bill Stevens the Executive Director for the Tourist Commission.
“After explaining all the things a visitor can do and see in Trigg County, you could see a light bulb go off, and then the show goers had a different excitement about the possibilities of visiting the Cadiz-Trigg County area”.
