Wanda Faye Pruitte Bruce, 62, Cadiz, KY, died Sunday, February 1, 2009, at Trigg County Hospital, after a courageous battle with cancer. The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at 2 p.m., at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Chapel with Bro. Bryan Baggett officiating. Burial will be in Heflin Cemetery, Dover, TN. Visitation will be from 3-8 p.m. Tuesday, February 3, 2009, and from 12 noon until the hour of service Wednesday at the funeral home. McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

She was born October 27, 1946, in Clarksville and was the daughter of the late Charlene and Billie Pruitte. Survivors include her husband of 43 years, Charles Bruce, Cadiz, son, Robert (Sammi) Bruce, Clarksville; daughters, Tonya (Tim) Proffitt, Misti Bruce, Kim Bruce, Cadiz; brothers, G.W. (Pat) Wyatt, Jerry Pruitte; sister, Merylon Pruitte, Clarksville; grandchildren, Thomas Bruce, Cheyenne Brant, Jonathan Proffitt and Rossie Baker.

Pallbearers will be Tim Proffitt, O’Neal Barnes, David Tyler, Richard Smith, Charles Tanner-Wyatt, Jodie Wyatt and Steven Young.
