Mr. Dorris O. Oliver, 71, of Eddyville, formerly of Cadiz died on Sunday, March 22, 2009 at Southgate Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Metropolis, IL.

He is survived by one daughter, Gerda Ann Monroe, Crandall, TX, two sons, James, of Eddyville, and Robert, of Gulf Shores, AL.

Graveside memorial services were conducted with military honors on Friday, May 2, 2009 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
