Chaplain Brandon Moore, and Rev. Melissa J. Derseweh will officiate at the services. Burial will follow at Kentucky Veteran’s Cemetery west, in Hopkinsville, KY.
Skileigh died on Wednesday, April 22, 2009, at 2:45 a.m. at Vanderbilt University Children’s Hospital, Nashville, TN.
Skileigh was born on Tuesday, March 14, 2006, at Ft. Campbell, KY. She was the daughter of Trinity Nelson, of Splendora, TX, and Summer Degado Nelson, of Cumberland Furnace, TN.
Skileigh attended Charlotte Fagan Methodist Church, Charlotte, TN.
In addition to her parents she is survived by her paternal grandparents, John and Claudean Pruitt, of Splendora, TX, Gary and Margaret Nelson, of Dacus, TX and maternal grandparents, Darrin and Rebecca Lopez, of Cumberland Furnace, TN.
