Rev. Irvin Darnall officiated at the services. Burial followed at Robertson Cemetery, in Trigg Co.
Mr. Noel died on Thursday, April 23, 2009, at 11 p.m. at his residence in Cadiz, of natural causes.
Mr. Noel was born on Tuesday, August 5, 1952, in Trigg Co. He was the son of Katherine Cameron Noel, Cadiz, and the late Arley Haden Noel.
Mr. Noel had been employed as a correctional officer at Kentucky State Penitentiary in Eddyville, KY and he also worked with Command Security in Hopkinsville. He was a member of Pleasant Hill Pentecostal Church.
In addition to his mother he is survived by a daughter and son in law, Angela and Ricky Miller, of Almo, KY, one brother and sister in law, Tommy and Debbie Noel, of Hopkinsville, two grandchildren, James Miller and Wyatt Miller.
Serving as pallbearers were Don Ahart, Jason Edmonds, Steve Hanberry, Tommy Hanberry, Dale Williams and Jerry Williams.
Honorary pallbearer was James Miller.
Cindy Dunn, pianist provided the music.
