The Rev. Hal Shipley and the Rev. Jack Studie officiated at the services. Burial followed in Trigg Memory Acres, in Cadiz.
Mrs. Thomas died at 4:23 a.m. Monday, September 7, 2009 at Christian Health Center in Hopkinsville of natural Causes.
Mrs. Thomas was born on Tuesday, June 4, 1918 in Lamasco, Ky. She was the daughter of the late Athen B. and Mary Susan hopper Cotton.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Wallace Thomas, one brother, Charlie Cotton, three sisters, Alva Mae Barnes, Lena Erwin, and Margaret Sartin.
Survivors include sons and daughters in law, Sue and Claude Harrison of Cadiz, Peggy Yvonne and James Tomlin of Thompson Station, Tenn., sons Ralph Thomas and Anthony Thomas, grandchildren, Bob Harrison, Eric Harrison, Tina Thomas, Toni Thomas, Jaime Street, Michelle Nagle, step grandchildren, Donald Bush, Ronald Bush, Sheryl Goforth, sixteen great grandchildren, and special friends of he family Bob and Joanne Rose, of Cadiz.
Serving as pallbearers were Eric Harrison, Bob Harrison, Donald Bush, Ronald Bush, Benny Street and John Nagle.
