Ray A. Parrot of Cadiz is a business manager and financial secretary with the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers Local 40, and he represents boilermakers.
Beshear appointed him to the Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Rules to serve a term expiring Sept. 21, 2013.
