Mrs. Harper died at 9:38 a.m. Thursday, March 4, 2010 at her home after a long illness.
Mrs. Harper was born February 3, 1943 in Aid, Missouri. She was the daughter of the late Thomas Effin and Magdelene Jones Glass.
Mrs. Harper was Co-Owner and Operator of Household Helpers in Cadiz and a cook for several local restaurants in Cadiz. She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah Witnesses.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by one daughter, Tennie Harper Lanham.
Survivors include six sons; Graigery A. Harper, Cadiz, Marty Harper, Murray, Floyd Harper, Cadiz, John Paul Thurman, Cadiz, Kenny Thurman, Cadiz, Bo Jones, Cadiz, two daughters; Melissa Harper, Cadiz, Terrie Jo Hayward, Ft. Valley, Georgia, five brothers; Billy Parker Glass, Princeton, Lloyd Glass, Calvert City, Floyd Glass, Alabama, Jerry McKinney, Eddyville, Terry McKinney, Houston, Texas, six grandchildren, Nicole Lanham Nance, Paducah, Samantha Harper and Joshua Harper, Cadiz, Jessica LeeAnn Harper, North Carolina, Daniel Thomas Harper, Murray, Taylor Aaron Hayward, Ft. Valley, Georgia, two great grandchildren, Trenton and Tristen Harper, Cadiz.
