Funeral services for Pearlie Mae (Cox) Hancock, 90, of Hopkinsville, formerly of Cerulean, were held Sunday, March 14, 2010 at Goodwin Funeral Home. The Rev. Hal Shipley officiated. Interment followed at Lander Cemetery in Gracey.

Pallbearers were Jon Roberts, Steve Hancock, Kevin Crider, David Hale, Bruce Hale, Neal Hancock, Scott Hancock and Jeremy Hale.

Mrs. Hancock died Friday, March 12, 2010, at Bradford Heights in Hopkinsville.

She was a member of Buffalo Lick Baptist Church and she was a homemaker. She was also a member of Bambridge Homemaker and Cadiz Quilters Guild.

She is survived by her three daughters, Wilda Roberts, Sara Joyce Hale and Judy Hale, all of Cerulean; two sons, Doug Hancock of Hopkinsville and Charles Hancock of Cerulean; 12 grandchildren, 24 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her father Harold Cline Cox and mother Matilda Ann (Miller) Cox, husband James Elton Hancock, brother James Harold Cox, and two grandchildren, Sandy McGinnis and Vance Hancock.
