Entering the final week of their regular season, the Trigg County Lady Wildcat volleyball team was on a two-match win streak. The second of those wins gave three seniors a good memory in the final home contest of their careers.

Trigg topped Hopkinsville 2-1 (25-20, 22-25, 25-22) Thursday on Senior Night, sending seniors Morgan Parker, Chandler Smith and Faythe Rea out with a bang. That win came two nights after the Lady ‘Cats topped University Heights 2-0 (25-13, 25-11).

Trigg was set to play Tuesday at Christian County (results unavailable at press time) before ending the regular season Thursday at Graves County.

The bracket for the 5th District Tournament is set. Trigg will face Crittenden County at 6 p.m. Tuesday, and the winner of that match will face

top-seed Livingston Central immediately following. Both matches will be played at Crittenden. The finalists will qualify for the 2nd Region Tournament the following week.
