Funeral services for Julia Pearl Grace, 85, of Hopkinsville, were held Thursday, Nov. 4 at Maddux-Fuqua-Hinton Funeral Home in Hopkinsville. The Revs. Phillip Brumfield and Roger Skipworth officiated. Burial followed at the Ebenezer Cemetery.

Mrs. Grace died of natural causes at 9:38 p.m. Monday, November 1, 2010 at Bradford Heights Nursing Home.

She was born March 3, 1925 in Christian County to the late James Henry and Annie Gamble Craft. She was retired from Thomas Industries where she worked in production for 30 years. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Frank Garland Grace; three brothers, Curt, Lee and James Craft; four sisters, Ethel Morgan, Eurie Meacham, Ivyle Cannon and Kathryn Rager.

She is survived by two sons; Robert Grace (and wife Judy) of Nashville, Tenn. and Garland Grace (and wife Kathy) of Tompkinsville; two daughters, Carolyn Williams (and husband Larry) of Hopkinsville and Evelyn Lancaster of Cerulean; 11 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
