Mr. Miracle died following a short illness at 3:12 p.m. Sunday, March 13, 2011 at his home.
He was born December 23, 1940 in Pineville to the late Alfred and Mable Peace Miracle.
He was a United States Air Force Veteran, a self-employed painting contractor and was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Rev. Paul Miracle; and one son, Mark Alan Miracle.
He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Norma Scarberry Miracle of Cadiz; one brother, Jerry Miracle of Pineville; one sister, Cheryl Young of Pineville; one daughter, Denise Brashears (and husband Steve) of Cerulean; five grandchildren, Rick and Michelle Burgess, Josh, Jake and Jessica Brashears; and two great grandchildren, Benjamin Burgess and Rudy Brashears.
Pallbearers are Gerald Miracle, Nicky Miracle, Dan Gibson, Jim Stagner, Mike Brashears, Cody Brashears and Bob Roscoe.
