Eleven months and 11 days later they would arrive back in Cadiz having circled the eastern half of the United States, parts of Canada and returning by way of the Mississippi River.
Jack Kotarek will present the highlights of this sojourn at the monthly meeting of the Trigg/Lyon Newcomers Club, this Wednesday, March 16, at the Lake Barkley State Resort Park and Lodge.
The meet and greet is at 10:30 a.m., followed by a short business meeting, then
lunch and Jack’s presentation. All Newcomer members are encouraged to attend this sure-to-be fascinating lecture and may bring their husbands, as it will certainly appeal to both male and female potential adventurers.
