Graveside services for Ramona “Monie” Lester, 52, of Benton, were held Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Hardin Baptist Church Cemetery. The Rev. Ricky Cunningham officiated. King’s Funeral Home of Cadiz was in charge of the arrangements.

Mrs. Lestor died following a short illness at 12:47 p.m. Saturday, April 23, 2011 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville, Tenn.

She was born November 18, 1958 in Benton to the late Louis Green and Murlene Green.

She was a member of the Hardin Baptist Church and she was a homemaker.

She is survived by her husband of 27 years, W. G. Lester of Benton; her mother, Murlene Green of Benton; father and mother-in-law, Bob and Betty Lester of Cadiz; and two sons, Eric and Scott Lester both of Benton.

Memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
