Do Arab countries owe us an apology?

It appears as if the United States is held to a higher set of standards than the Arab countries. This was clearly demonstrated this week when we accidently destroyed copies of their Koran and our government immediately responded with an apology.

When was the last time that a government of an Arab country apologized when our flag was burned on purpose by their citizens?
