Four men, one of which is from Cadiz, were indicted by the Trigg County Grand Jury on Wednesday, March 14, and all face felony charges.

According to court records, Jonathan Hunter, 27, of Cadiz, and co-defendant Marcus Oldham, 22, of Ashland City, Tenn., were both indicted for theft by unlawful taking over $500 – a class D felony. The two are accused of stealing a 1980 Chevrolet El Camino, which was valued at $5,000, on Oct. 20 last year.

Both were seen with the vehicle when it was later recovered in Cheatham County, Tenn., later that year, according to arrest warrants.

Charles Warren, 24, of Murray, was indicted for manufacturing methamphetamine, subsequent offense – a class A felony.

When he was arrested on Oct. 1 last year, law enforcement officers found Coleman fuel, anhydrous ammonia, lithium batteries, drain cleaner and pseudoephedrine, chemicals used to make methamphetamine, an arrested warrant alleged.
