Visit Land Between The Lakes (LBL) National Recreation Area to celebrate Earth Day!

Programs are being offered at Woodlands Nature Station (NS), The Homeplace (HP), Golden Pond Visitor Center (GPVC), South Welcome Station (SWS), Hematite Lake Trailhead (HLT), and Turkey Bay OHV Area throughout the weekend.

Weekend events have something for all ages–guided walks, a puppet show, basics of native plants, traditional herbal medicinal plants, a family fishing afternoon, and more. LBL’s spectacular spring wildflowers will be a main attraction.

Sign-up is available at SWS 1-hr before program and is limited to the first 25 participants. Some special programs have additional costs, may require reservations, or only a limited number can participate. General admission prices for The Homeplace and Nature Station are $4 ages 13 & up, $2 ages 5-12, and free ages 4 & under. Call 270-924-2020 for additional information, reservations, and special program costs.

For more information, reservations, and prices, call 1-800-325-1708, ext. 191.
