Mr. Cox died of natural causes at 12:32 p.m. on Monday, June 18, 2012, at Trigg County Hospital.
He was of the Baptist faith and was a construction worker.
He was born on May 5, 1962, in Trigg County to Juanita Allen Cook and the late Stanley “Big” Cox.
He is survived by his wife, Linda Cox of Cadiz; mother, Juanita Samuels Cook of Cadiz; six brothers, James Cox of Cadiz, Lacey Cox of Shepherdsville, Rickey Cox of Cadiz, Randy Cox of Grand Rivers, Julian Cook of Washington, D.C and William Lee Nation of Brookston, Texas; four sisters, Wavelene Johnson of Paducah, Carolyn Snyder of Cadiz, Norma Sue Terrance of Shepherdsville and Jeanne Snyder of Cadiz; one son Wesley Cox (and wife Brittany) of Cadiz; one daughter, Tiffani Skinner (and husband Jared) of Ft. Benning, Ga.; and one grandchild, Carter “Charlie Bill” Skinner.
