Funeral arrangements for Linda L. Doyle, 66, of Cadiz, are being handled by Goodwin Funeral Home of Cadiz. Graveside services will be held at a later date at the St. Johns Cemetery in Colliers, W.Va.

Mrs. Doyle died on Saturday, July 14, 2012, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.

She was born on March 23, 1946, in Glendale, W.Va., to William Richard Thompson and Ruth Pyles Thompson.

She was a member of Canton Baptist Church. Linda worked at Shady Lawn Nursing Center as a housekeeper and in the dining facility of Lake Barkley State Resort Park in Cadiz.

She was preceded in death by her parents, William Thompson and Ruth Thompson Sacripante; one sister, Cynthia K. Tustin; and one brother, Ted W. Thompson.

Linda is survived by her husband, Daniel J. Doyle, of Cadiz; one brother, William “Bill” Thompson of Weirton, W. Va.; and special friends, Pat Etheridge and Jr. Spann both of Cadiz.
