Funeral services for Lindsey Darnall, 22, of Cadiz, were held on Tuesday, July 17, 2012, at Goodwin Funeral Home in Cadiz. The Rev. Ronnie Hooks officiated. Burial followed in the East End Cemetery in Cadiz. Goodwin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Lindsey died on Friday, July 13, 2012, at Murray-Calloway County Hospital in Murray.

She was born on Aug. 18, 1989, in Kansas City, Kan. to Steve and Debbie Darnall.

Lindsey was a Trigg County High School graduate where she participated in varsity soccer, concert band, archery, drama club and was also a place kicker for the football team. She was currently enrolled at Murray State University, entering her senior year as a Theatre major. Pursuing a career in theatre and as a professional make-up artist, she participated and performed in several Murray State University productions, Southern Kentucky Independent Theatre productions and also with Twilight Cabaret Theatre Productions. Lindsey was a member of Maple Grove Baptist Church in Trigg County.

She was preceded in death by maternal grandparents, John L. and Eva R. Felker.

Lindsey is survived by her parents Steve and Debbie Darnall of Cadiz; two brothers, Sr. Airman Bradley Darnall of Hurlburt Field, Fla. and Jonathan Darnall of the home; paternal grandparents, Rev. Irvin and Geneva Carr Darnall of Cadiz; and numerous uncles, aunts, cousins and friends.

Serving as pallbearers were Shannon Felker, Shawn Felker, Jake Kerstiens, Mathew Skinner, Daniel Croft and Jordan Darnall. Music was provided by Steve Herndon, pianist.
