Mrs. Taylor died following a long illness at 3:38 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, 2012, at Princeton Health and Rehab in Princeton.
She was born on Dec. 14, 1915, in Trigg County to the late Will and Amelia Ann Buhler Rogers.
Elizabeth was a member of Buffalo Lick Baptist Church. She was a retired schoolteacher of 34 years, having taught in Trigg and Christian counties.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Ollie M. Dunnagan; second husband, Julian E. Taylor; one brother, John Henry Rogers; two sisters, Ernestine Underwood and Pearl Stewart; and one son Robert Dunnagan.
She is survived by one daughter, Peggy Hendricks (and husband Carl E.) of Cadiz; five grandchildren, Ryan Dunnagan of Georgia, Bradley Dunnagan of South Korea, and Kevin Hendricks, Shellie Heady and Kelly Hendricks, all of Cadiz; and 17 great-grandchildren.
Serving as pallbearers were Bradley Atwell, Anthony McGee, Scott Dunn, Danny Goodwin, Mike Davis and Jared Litchfield. Honorary pallbearers were Destin Dunn, Cameron Dunn, J. B. Hendricks, Logan Hendricks, Dalton Hendricks, Beau Hendricks, Hunter Heady, Wayne Heady and Trestan Heady. Music was provided by Paula Ladd, pianist, and The Miller Family, vocals.
