Funeral services for Gloria Jean Jordan Jackson, 64, of Hopkinsville, were on held Saturday, Aug. 11, 2012, at Gamble Funeral Home in Hopkinsville. Senior Pastor Will Holland, Sr. officiated. Burial followed in the Lafayette Cemetery. Gamble Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Gloria died of natural causes at 10:05 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 6, 2012, at Bradford Heights Nursing Home in Hopkinsville.

She was born Feb. 14, 1948, in Christian County to Brady Jordan, Jr. and Frances Elizabeth Killebrew Jordan.

Gloria was a homemaker and a member of New Life Ministries where she was the oldest member of the church, mother of the church and Elect Ladies.

She is survived by her husband, Walter Trice; her parents, Brady Jordan, Jr. and Frances Jordan; one sister, Pamela Taylor (and husband Isreal) of St. John Island, S.C.; three brothers, Kenneth Jordan (and wife Mary), Stanley Jordan (and wife Marcia) and Victor Jordan, all of Lafayette; one son, Dennis DeWayne Trice of Hopkinsville; and one grandchild, Barron D. Trice of Clarksville, Tenn.
