It is sponsored by the Kentucky Cancer Program. Trigg County has three Survivors in the program this year. They are Virginia Burkhart, Claudia Jones and Mildred Grasty.
Also attending the tribute were, the only husband and wife survivors this year, Ann and Roger Jeffers from Christian County. Last year Trigg County Senior Center Director, Carolyn Bland, and her husband Leon were husband and wife Survivors in the Program.
