Mr. Sansone died of natural causes at 9:50 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, at Regional Medical Center in Madisonville.
He was born on July 31, 1931, in Boston, Mass., to the late Anthony “Tony” and Sarah Bonavista Sansone.
Andrew Sansone was a United States Army veteran having served in the Korean Conflict. He was a self-employed truck driver. He was of the Christian faith and was a member of both the American Legion and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Sansone.
He is survived by one sister, Katherine Rich of Dallas, Texas; two sons, Steven Sansone of Baltimore, Md. and James Sansone of Framingham, Mass.; one daughter, Donna Marie Sansone of Baltimore, Md.; three step-sons, Rick Bailey of Pensacola, Fla., Allen Bailey of Jacksonville, Fla. and Steven Bailey of Valdosta, Ga.; three step-daughters, Angela Rice of Augusta, Ga., Laura Mauzy of Louisville and Theia Manfree of Hepizbah, Ga.; and one granddaughter, Stephanie Calhoun (and husband Mike) of Cadiz.
