James Blaylock died at 3:20 a.m. on Monday, Nov. 5, 2012, at Murray Calloway County Hospital in Murray.
He was born on Aug. 25, 1934, in Clark County Wisc., to the late Charles Forrest and Cora Eldora Blaylock.
James was a retired carpenter.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by two sisters, Ilene Bell and Gladys Blaylock; and one brother, Don Blaylock.
He is survived by his wife, Martha E. Erickson Blaylock, whom he married on October 24, 1960; three sisters, Flo Buckler of Russellville, Irene Bruns of Delta, Iowa, and Jan Gray of South Jordan, Utah; one brother, Jack Blaylock of Cresco, Iowa; one daughter, Pam Mayes of Central City; and one son, Bryan Blaylock of Eddyville.
