Three bills were presented by Trigg County students at the Assembly with all three passing both House and Senate Chambers. Bill presenters were Mason Hyde, Blaine Alexander, Ryan McCloud, Kyle Rivera, Alex Carr, Patsy Banister, Caleb McIntosh, Macey King, Mason Shelton, Cole Holland, and DeAnna Ladd.
The bill presented by Hyde, Alexander, McCloud, and Rivera was signed into las by the student Governor and will be presented to Kentucky Legislature when the Assembly meets in 2013.
Also receiving individual awards were: Cole Holland, Outstanding Delegate; Blaine Alexander, Outstanding Speaker; R.J. Rutzler was appointed to serve his second year as a Justice for the 2013 conference; and Jenna Stroud, Outstanding Media Corp. Member and Stroud was also appointed to serve as Media Corp. “Chief Editor” for the 2013 conference.
