Claude Harrison died of natural causes at 12:10 a.m. on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012, at Trigg County Hospital in Cadiz.
He was born on Jan. 26, 1937, in Christian County to G.V. and Lydia Goodwin Harrison.
Mr. Harrison retired from Johnson Controls after 30 years of service where he was a foreman. He also retired from American National Rubber after 10 years of service and he was a farmer. He was a member of Cadiz Baptist Church and a United States Army veteran.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one sister, Mildred Harrison.
He is survived by his wife Sue Harrison of Cadiz; two brothers, George Harrison and twin brother, Clyde Harrison; two sisters, Dorothy Harrison and Barbara Oakes; two sons, Claude Robert Harrison, Jr. (and wife Ellen) and Victor Eric Harrison (and wife Carmen), all of Hopkinsville; grandchildren, Sarah Louise Lyons Harrison, John F.W. Lyons Harrison, Daniel Robert Lyons Harrison, Amber Nicole Harrison, and Ashley Brook Harrison; adopted as grandparent by Mallorie and Maddison Godair; and several nieces and nephews.
