The top two teams advance to the state team championship. Aaron Stevens led Trigg, going 5-0 on the day. Winning three matches each were Ryan Gallogly, Austin Durham, Jerimiah Kline, Daniel Ingram, Layton Sumner and Clayton Livingston, and Jayven Jones won two matches.
Trigg currently holds a 16-7 mark in duals this season, a new school record, said head coach Ralph Stevens. Trigg will host the middle school district tournament Saturday while the high school team competes at Paducah Tilghman.
