Vinson said the toxicology report showed that Shoaf had alcohol, Valium, THC (tetrahydrocannabinol, the active component in marijuana) and methamphetamine. He said Shoaf had a BAC (blood alcohol content) of 0.085 and added that all drugs that different time tables for how long they stay in your system,
"Any one of these would have put Shoaf in violation of DUI (driving under the influence) laws," said Vinson.
The toxicology report detected no drugs or alcohol in the other three victims - 18-year old Kimberly Shafer, 17-year old Lindsey Sholar and 19-year old Dalton McDougal, said Vinson.
