ARCHERY: Arrowcats compete in Murray, set to host annual classic Saturday

The Trigg County Arrowcats competed in the Cupid Classic in Murray this weekend. Individual finishes were as follows:

Elementary fourth grade female: first place, Kara Southwood; second, Rachel Holder; third, Arielle Evans; fourth, Avery Harper;

Elementary fourth grade male: first place, Andrew Williamson; second, Caeden Burcham; fourth, Luke Alexander; fifth, Cooper Long;

Elementary fifth grade male: second, Andrew Greene; third, Tyler Freeman; fourth, Jevan Hamby; fifth, Hunter Jackson;

Sixth grade female: first place, Macy Mitchell; second Addison Francis; third, Kenna Lynch; fourth, Abby Bush; fifth, Heather Joiner;

Sixth grade male: first place, Wyatt Wagner; second, Garrett Knight; third, Daniel Reddick;

Middle school female: first place, Kaylin Smith; second, Lora Lee Heady; third, Brooklyn Skinner; fifth, Katelyn Futrell;

Middle school male: ; first place, Clay Stevens; second, Braden Miller; third, Jeffery Ross;

High school female: first place, Shaye Patterson; second, Sarah Shipley; third, Elizabeth Wagner; fourth, Kayla Bingham; fifth, Deanna Ladd;

High school male: first place, Jake MacNab; second, Skylar Pool; third, Branden Shaffer; fourth, Brent Jones.

Kaylin Smith won the overall top female shooter for the tournament, and Jake MacNab was the overall top male.

Trigg will host the Arrowcat Classic beginning at 9 a.m. Saturday in the TCHS gym.
