“At this point, we’re just gathering plans and getting our ducks in a row, and hoping everything turns out right,” Polete said when the Cadiz/Trigg County Tourist and Convention Commission met Thursday evening.
Tourist Commission Executive Director Bill Stevens said he plans to be out there with the Tourist Commission’s information booth.
Polete says booth space is still available for anyone and everyone, whether they’re vendors or are just wanting to advertise wares or facilities. He added that 10-foot-by10-foot booth spaces are $25 apiece.
Stevens says they still don’t know how long students will be out there on Friday, which is typically the educational day during Civil War Days. Polete says the Historymobile is “still up in the air.”
