Kathy Dietrich gave the treasurer report and it was filed. Becky Oliver read the minutes from the Nov. meeting and the Dec. agenda. They were approved as given. Money for Penny Pines was collected. Club members paid their $20 dues and then president Malmer gave the breakdown on the dues that were collected as follows: $10 to GCKY for Federation membership; $1 for dollars for scholars; $1 for the Audubon District dues and $8 to remain in the club.
President Malmer showed the table favors the club will donate to the SAR Meeting. She did 200 cookie cutters with recipe cards. Anna Mullen also served Bourbon balls that we could use as table favors at another time.
Under unfinished business, the Library has been given a list of dates the club would meet. Motion- Jim Mullen made the motion to give the Library a subscription to Garden Gate of one year. Motion carried.
Anna Mullen showed the club the cards that Maria Bruzewski has made for the South Atlantic Regional basket to be given away in March.
