James Trader died following a short illness on Tuesday, Feb. 19, 2013, off highway 818 in Lyon County.
James Trader was born on June 17, 1979, in Caldwell County to Gordon L. Trader and Cynthia K. Gray.
James worked as a welder for an auto parts manufacturer. He was also a United States Army veteran.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Gordon Trader; maternal grandparents, James C. and Bonnie Gray.
James is survived by his wife, Jackie Stanford Trader of Cadiz; his father, Gordon L. Trader (and wife Mi Yeon) of Clarksville, Tenn.; his mother, Cynthia K. Gray Brown (and husband Michael) of Colorado Springs, Colo.; paternal grandmother, Colleen M. Gray of Caldwell County; one sister, Toni M. Sanders of Colorado Springs, Colo.; two step-brothers, Young S. Om of Baltimore, Md. and David Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one step-sister Leah Brown of Colorado Springs, Colo.; one son, Cody Trader, and one daughter, Haven Trader, both of Cadiz.
