A teacher at Trigg County High School resigned recently after an investigation into a reported inappropriate relationship with a student, Trigg County School Superintendent Travis Hamby said last week.

Hamby didn’t give any details about the allegation, and wouldn’t say when the incident happened or when the investigation was started, but said an investigation has been conducted.

Cadiz Police Chief Chad Grace said the Cadiz Police Department hasn’t been contacted about these allegations. He couldn’t comment on any possible charges that could possibly be filed, as they haven’t received a complaint about this incident.
