Trigg County resident Tausha Ware recently published her first book, “Money Slave,” which she calls a “middle class approach to how to get yourself out of debt.”

Ware says she’s started several books, but this is the first one she’s finished, and that God was using her to help other people with their financial problems. She’s the “financial person” in her family, which includes her husband of 13 years – whom she calls her “driving force” – and her two sons.

Ware will have a book signing at the John L. Street Library on from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 20.

She and her husband had “substantial debt” and they wanted to get out of debt so they could build their own home. They set a goal, a timeline to meet that goal, and when it came to fruition it was liberating, she said.
