A celebration of life service for Wendell Wint, 59, of Hopkinsville, will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Sunday, April 7, 2013, at the Seventh Day Adventist Church in Hopkinsville with visitation beginning at 1 p.m. Pastor Bob Korzyniowski and The Rev. Earl Grace will officiate. Burial will follow in Adams Cemetery in Trigg County. Goodwin Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.

Wendell Wint died of natural causes at 5 p.m. on Friday, March 29, 2013, at Gateway Medical Center in Clarksville, Tenn.

He was born on June 26, 1953, in Greenville to George Washington and Louise Howard Wint.

Wendell Wint was a member of the Seventh Day Adventist Church. He was a master jeweler having worked at McKenzie & Smiley Jewelry in Clarksville, Tenn. He was also the owner and operator of Inner Spaces in Hopkinsville.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother, George Robert Wint; and one sister, Ella Mae Wint.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn Sue Wint of Hopkinsville; brother, Bob Wint of Clarksville; six sisters, Katie Lou Crase of Cottage Grove, Ore., Myrtle Vrunner of Morganton, Ga., Stella Yarber of Cleveland, Tenn., Oneida Strickland of Savannah, Tenn., Maretta Glen of Cleveland, Tenn, and Denise Oliver of Candler, N.C.; one step-son, James Heath Grace of Crofton; one step-daughter, Tiffany Gilkey (and husband Scott) of Cerulean; step-grandchildren, Jesse David Gilkey and Addison Grace Gilkey.
