Dot Turner died of natural causes at 1:15 p.m. on Monday, July 1, 2013, at Spring Creek Health Care Center in Murray.
Dot was a member of Cadiz Baptist Church. She was a retired beautician and member of BPW.
Dot was born on Feb. 25, 1921, in Murray to the late Jack and Maggie Neebles Newberry.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Olen “Shaw” Turner; brother Hubert Newberry; sister Georgia Gibson; and son Milton “Pee Wee” Turner.
Dot is survived by two brothers, Jackie Newberry and Donnie Newberry, both of Murray; one daughter, Sherrie Huddleston (and husband Larry) of Cadiz; daughter-in-law Margaret Turner of West Virginia; grandchildren Mark Turner, Lynn Farmer, Todd Turner and Pam Dickinson; and great-grandchildren Kendall Farmer, Devan Farmer, Josh Turner, Summer Utzig, Casey Turner and Jacob Turner.
Serving as pallbearers will be Chris Farmer, Kendall Farmer, Devan Farmer, Brock Dickinson, Mark Turner and Todd Turner.
