Iduma died of natural causes at 12 noon on Monday, July 15, 2013, at Jennie Stuart Hospital in Hopkinsville.
She was born on March 4, 1930, in Trigg County to the late Aubrey and Docia Mathis Oakley.
She was a member of Bethesda United Methodist Church and had retired from Johnson Control.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James “Dick” Conrad Redick.
She is survived by three brothers, Vance Oakley, Gary Oakley and Mike Oakley, all of Cadiz; two sisters, Bobbie Perry of Cadiz and Lawana Perez of Florida; one son James Randall Redick of Cadiz; two daughters, Beverly Alexander (and husband Kenneth) of Cadiz and Laura Thomas (and husband Malcolm Ray) of Cadiz; grandchildren Barry and Charity Alexander, Brandon Alexander and Jay Redick; great-grandchildren Victoria Alexander, Luke Alexander and Elizabeth Alexander.
Serving as pallbearers were Kenneth Oakley, John Redick, Jim Redick, Jeff Redick, Craig Perry, Winston Perry, John Minton, Jr. and Bruce Perez. Honorary pallbearers were Ed Oliver and Donnie Oakley.
