Drew Hudgins and Hudge Creative, a media marketing firm in Cadiz, won for the second year in a row a Telly Award for a promotional video for a local client.

This year, at the 34th annual Telly Awards, the marketing firm won the award in the Local TV/Cable Not-for-Profit TV Commercial category for a 30-second video for Pennyroyal Hospice. Hudgins said that with the video, he wanted to emphasize that hospice is about living, not dying.

“Many have misunderstood what hospice is and does,” said Hudgins. “They believe it’s a service that comes in handy when someone is at their final 48 hours of life. But the message Pennyroyal Hospice and Hudge Creative worked so hard to deliver was this: hospice is there so patients can live to the fullest. It’s about life – and even preparing loved ones, family and friends, for the final stage of someone’s life too.”
