After a pair of 4-1 losses last week, Trigg County bounced back with an 8-1 win Monday at Union County.

Last Tuesday, the Wildcats fell 4-1 to Paducah Tilghman, with Ean Sholar scoring on an assist by Zeb DeHart. In Thursday’s loss to Murray, Clark Adams scored unassisted for Trigg.

Against Union, Adams led Trigg with three goals. Ben Wigand had two goals and an assist, Sholar had an assist, Troy Alexander and Hayden Daniel scored goals, and DeHart and R.J. Rutzler added assists. Trigg also won the junior varsity game 3-1.

Trigg was set to host 5th District foe Lyon County on Tuesday (results unavailable at press time) before hosting University Heights Academy on Thursday, Mayfield on Monday and Graves County next Tuesday.
