Tonya Fleming, attorney for Hooks, entered the pleas before 56th Circuit Judge C.A. Woodall III during the October motion rule day. Hooks’ next court appearance will be at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 11.
Hooks is currently being held in Daviess County Detention Center on charges of armed robbery and attempted murder in connection with a reported armed robbery at a U.S. Bank in Owensboro on the afternoon of Friday, Aug. 30.
The specific charges are first-degree robbery, attempted murder, 10 counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, carrying a concealed weapon, first-degree possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
