Jill Montoya died of natural causes at 2:18 a.m. on Friday, Nov. 1, 2013, at her residence in Bowling Green.
Jill was born on Aug. 4, 1953, in Cadiz to Burney Wilson King and Gladys Berkley Taylor.
Jill was a homemaker and a member of East Cadiz Baptist Church and The Daughters of the American Revolution.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Tony B. Ford; her father, Burney Wilson King; and stepfather, James Taylor.
She is survived by her husband, Robert Montoya of Bowling Green; mother, Gladys Berkley Taylor of Cadiz; brother, Nick King (and wife Vivian) of Voncore, Tenn.; son Blane Ford of Bowling Green; daughter Holly McCormick (and husband Patrick) of Cadiz; step-son Joshua Ryan Montoya (and wife Frankie) of Washington, D.C.; grandchildren Garrett McCormick, Reid McCormick, Cameron McCormick, Austin Montoya and Kael Montoya.
Serving as pallbearers were Kerry B. Ford, Eddie Meredith, Josh Montoya, David Banister, Monty Stagner, Chris Bland and Edward McCormick. Music was provided by David Banister, vocalist.
